: The Physical Therapist (PT) will use the full range of his/her specialized knowledge, skills and techniques to assess patient’s need for housing adaptation, wheelchairs or other specialized mobility needs. The Physical Therapist will also act as a resource for other home care providers for mobility and exercise programs.
