Performs a variety of duties such as history and physicals as well as providing care to assigned patients.
Assesses, diagnoses, and documents findings; writes medical orders and writes prescriptions.
Makes clinical decisions relative to patient management through collaboration with physicians.
Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program.
urrent certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Current certification with the Maryland Board of Physicians Quality Assurance.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
BCLS, ACLS required.
