Assist the Executive VP Medical Affairs in the search for full time and locum providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in various specialties and other duties pertaining to physician recruitment and retention. Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent education/experience preferred. Three to five years of physician recruitment experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated effective communication skills preferred.
