Contact physicians in our data base and other sources by phone, email, social media, etc (averaging 60 calls per day)
Qualify physicians, match to our open positions, and negotiate contracts while building lasting relationships.
Strive to exceed monthly goals for revenue and gross profit/margin
Work collaboratively with sales and recruiters to fill our clients’ temporary physician staffing needs
Develop positive physician relationships based on superior customer service and communication
The Physician Recruiter will develop relationships with physicians to fill our clients’ Emergency Medicine staffing needs. The role offers a competitive base salary and commission plan enabling successful Recruiters to earn $100,000 plus. Qualifications:
High energy, positive individual with strong communication and phone skills
Dedication to superior customer service
Desire to be part of a cohesive team
Prior phone experience required
Contract recruitment experience strongly preferred
College degree strongly preferred
Must be based in our Atlanta Area office (No remote employees)
Must be at least 18 years old.
