Physician Recruitment Coordinator
In this pivotal role, you will provide administrative, logistical, and customer support to the Physician Recruiter(s), hiring managers, and physician candidates to ensure efficiency and accuracy during the interviewing and hiring processes. This includes, but is not limited to, making travel and housing accommodations for candidates, arranging and creating interview itineraries, and lending support during scheduled interviews. You will ensure that all information and paperwork, necessary for hiring and on-boarding physicians and medical leaders is collected and provided to the appropriate parties. The ability to build and strengthen relationships with members of departments within Children's is key to the success of the Physician Recruitment Coordinator. You will also have the opportunity to grow professionally by serving as administrative back-up support to the HR leadership team as needed, as well as through providing recruiting and research assistance when necessary.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
Three years administrative support, preferably within a recruitment or human resources environment.
Prior recruitment experience strongly desired, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience coordinating multiple individuals' schedules using Outlook or equivalent calendaring tool.
Experience with an applicant tracking system, such as Taleo, strongly preferred.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to engage and deliver exceptional service at all levels.
