The health clinic established by the town of Old Forge, NY, in 1968 is expanding. The city asked St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Utica to acquire the practice this year, and the hospital is completely renovating the facility and expanding the staff in order to meet the volumes in this and surrounding communities. We are looking for 2 Family Practice physicians—one to replace a physician retiring in 2013 and one in addition.
The positions are fully-employed by St. Elizabeth’s in Utica. The health system provides complete and competitive benefits and a very competitive salary plus bonus for Quality Indicators and productivity, sign-on bonus and relocation. Loan repayment negotiable.

St. Elizabeth Medical Center is a not-for-profit hospital founded on December 12, 1866 by the Sisters of St. Francis. It operates a 201-bed acute regional hospital with inpatient services, outpatient services and an Area Trauma Center. The Medical Center consists of the hospital, five regional teaching institutions, and 14 community sites. In recent years, community needs have led to a number of collaborations that enable more services to be provided to the people across the Mohawk Valley region.
