Background in Business Analytics/Business Intelligence processes, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment
Background in implementing process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted business systems teams
Knowledgeable in Business Intelligence/Business Analytics principles, policies, and practices.
Able to independently initiate, manage, execute and report tasks as identified by the government
Have good written and oral communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
Be knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of Project Management and associated processes and methodologies.
Be familiar with current NGA operations and business processes.
Have demonstrated experience with coordinating programmatic process activities across organizational elements.
Possess good oral and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in a variety of commercial software and integration with mission/corporate applications to include implementing across security domains
Knowledgeable in IC, DoD, and Federal BI/BA implementations.
Familiarity with Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) projects.
Experience writing and reviewing Business Plans, CONOPS, policies and other technical documents.
Ability to interface with different personalities in a range of positions, including many at very senior levels within multiple agencies.
Ability to work with senior management up to the director level
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong expertise in content governance, to include policies, practices, procedures and decision forums
Knowledge of Vision-related projects within NGA
Develop, analyze and review BA Requirements and user stories.
Ability to perform business and statistical analysis on variety of data sets using BA tools.
