Position Responsibilities (key duties, scope of position, goals, expectations, skill requirements, travel requirements)

Be an integral part of the plant management team

Ensure controls are in place to safeguard the company's financial assets

Create financial transparency to all stakeholders

Provide financial analysis for management decisions, that improves business performance

Learn the operations and ask questions about what you see

Educate plant staff on the financial impact of operational decisions

Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes at the plant

SAP and Holcim Accounting and Reporting (HARP) specialist at the plant

Educational Criteria

Bachelor's degree in business preferred, with emphasis in finance and/or accounting

Graduate studies in business management is desirable

CPA or CMA certification is a plus

Other Related Experiences Required or Preferred

7 – 10 years industrial manufacturing experience, in accounting or finance, including process cost control, variance analysis, budget development and management reporting

Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Access

Experience with SAP or other ERP system is desirable
