Plant Operations Supervisor A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital -

Under the supervision of the Director of Plant Operations, has the primary responsibilty for accomplishing corrective and preventative maintenance at all buildings within the FoxCare Network, with primary worksite being the FoxCare Center. Will be required to perform electrical, HVAC and plumbing work. Assumes responsibility foe dailyn operation of Physical Plant in absence of Director. High school or vocational graduate, 3 to 5 years maintenace experience in a building trade setting, general knowledge of air handling units and other HVAC equipment desired, NYS driver's license required, supervisory experience, Associates degree in business or related field preferred (required within 5 years of hire), must obtain Class C water license if hired.
