The Renfrew Center has treated over 60,000 women since opening our doors in 1985. From the beginning, we address both underlying issues and behavioral change, and our treatment programs include traditional psychotherapy, psychiatry, and nutritional counseling as well as art therapy, dance/movement therapy and psychodrama. Our comprehensive approach to mental health issues is backed by experienced senior staff members specializing in the psychology of women.
At The Renfrew Center - a Joint Commission accredited organization - we recognize the complexity of the biological, social, and cultural contexts within every woman's life, and our treatment programs encourage women to actively participate in their own growth and recovery.
