Brief Description - Develop and maintain strong professional business relationships with known casino players and identify and develop new prospects with "high play" potential. Provide a variety of services to the best customers to enhance the growth of gaming revenues, as well as continued patronage, emphasizing player development.
Assist with telephone and direct mail solicitation of established VIP players. Attend all special events targeting our VIP players. Meet and greet VIP players. The host issues complimentary amenities consistent with player's activity. Enroll Players Club members. Handle guest problems and report all incidents to management in accordance with company policies and procedures. Initiate proper paperwork to ensure accurate player's comps. Maintain and update accurate customer information in accordance with Cash Transaction Reporting guidelines.
BS or BA with 2-5 years experience as a casino host . Experienced in development and implementation of marketing programs Previous casino experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age or older and able to obtain a NY State Lottery Gaming and NY Racing and Wagering License.
