Your key role will be improving the effectiveness of our Player Experience team through the reporting and process innovations you create and project manage. You will also identify and answer on-going and ad-hoc key business questions by extracting information from our Player Experience CRM ( This will support data driven decision making, as well as proactive analyses to develop new insights ultimately driving team innovations in productivity, revenue and player experience.

Responsibilities include:
Conduct proactive deep analysis and modeling to uncover hidden opportunities.

Build and maintain complex staffing models.

Support ad hoc requests for in-depth reporting and analysis.

Manage a suite of recurring reports.

Project Manage some key components of our Player Experience Operations team.

Identifying and eliminate root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.

Participating in business leadership meetings; developing and driving strategies and programs which improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization.

2+ years of relevant hands on experience, preferably in technology, gaming, retail, banking, or consulting.

Solid knowledge of statistics.

Experience with is a huge plus.

Strong modeling and forecasting skills.

SQL skills

Thorough knowledge of Excel including macros, pivot tables, vlookups, charts and graphs.

Proven ability to deal and thrive with imperfect, mixed, varied, and inconsistent multiple data sets.

Experience in a sales or call center operations environment preferred.

Ability to function in a self-directed manner.

Project management experience.

Some experience with programming/scripting languages is a plus.
