Pool Manager
City of College Station - College Station, TX
Direct and supervise maintenance and operation of seasonal swimming pool staff to ensure a safe and well run facility.

Principal Job Duties

1. Oversee and evaluate swimming pool staff and ensure they are adequately trained.

2. Oversee facility cleanliness inside the building, guard closet, bathrooms, pool area, swimming pool, pump room, and parking lots.

3. Monitor patrons at swimming pool and work to prevent accidents by enforcing all pool rules and regulations.

4. Respond quickly to all emergency situations and administer first aid and CPR to accident victims as necessary.

5. Maintain proper documentation related to employment, guests and facilities.

6. Oversee facility security and safety.

7. Oversee facility operations, inventory and maintenance.

8. Oversee filtration processes and chemical application.

9. Oversee staff training, special events, and revenue processing.

10. Perform other duties as assigned.
