A. Mops floors using a two mop system with “Wet Floor” signs in place and changing water 2-4 times during the procedure.
B. Completes the cleaning list that is provided.
C. Cleans all carts and sanitizes all equipment after cleaning.
D. Washes pots using three sinks (wash, rinse, sanitize).
E. Washes trash totes after bringing the trash to the compactor.
F. Cooperatively adapts to changes, especially crisis situations, such as shorthanded staff, mechanical failures, disasters, etc.
G. Checks off trays and writes time that trays left the department on the clipboard.
