Maintains kitchen and equipment in a sanitary manner acceptable to all regulatory agencies concerned with the operation of the Dietetic Services department. Assists store room clerk with food and supplies. Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent; Less than one year experience. Must be able to read and write English; Able to stand for long periods of time.
