Interact with staff, supervisors, managers and directors both inside and outside of the Information Services Organization

Work very closely with finance to provide input in development of department budget and is responsible for the monitoring, analysis, and reconciliation of the same

Identify and propose opportunities to eliminate partially or wholly redundant systems

Quantify the condition of the applications in terms of stability, quality and sustainability

Quantify the business value/ROI of each application to the business

Identify resource needs according to the application’s condition in the context of business priorities

Provide training to members of IT related to portfolio processes, systems, and structures


qualifications for this position include:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies; thorough knowledge of business functions and operations, objectives and strategies.

In-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies, tools, and IT standards and guidelines; knowledge of management concepts, practices and techniques.
