Responsible for analyzing all Commercial Loan packages for missing or incomplete documentation.

Associates degree and two plus years related experience.
·
Strong mathematical aptitude.
·
Previous commercial lending experience is preferred.
·
Solid knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
·
Ability to assess and solve problems.
Primary Activities

  • Analyzing all loan packages for missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Review files for accuracy, completeness, compliance and underwriting guidelines.
  • Reviewing loan file documentation and complete checklist covering loan policy exceptions deemed critical by the Bank’s senior management and Board of Directors.
  • Verification of the host system to ensure information has been loaded accurately.
  • Monitor receipt of all miscellaneous documentation after the file is gone to ensure a compliant and accurate file.

Monitor timely receipt of loan files that have gone to processor or lenders for correction.

Follow up with Lenders or appropriate staff on exceptions.
·
Provide necessary documentation to CRA/HMDA officer.
·
Provide necessary documentation to insurance clerks.
