RPM Mortgage, Inc. is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Shipper. The Shipper will ensure all collateral documents are received by warehouse banks within the allotted time frame, process purchase advices received by all investors and distribute and copy shipping files when time permits. This position is located in the Walnut Creek Home Office.
Responsibilities:
Ability to prioritize and work under strict time constraints.
Work with internal staff to gather all final documents (applications, titles, etc) required to ship mortgages.
Familiar with all aspects of the loan shipping function, including loan docs, packaging of files, working with multiple investors and great attention to detail.
Additional clerical functions as assigned.
Thorough and technical knowledge of mortgage loan documents and related required documentation. Analytical judgment a necessity. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Possible overtime as needed .
Qualifications:

Three years of lending experience, including closings.
HS diploma or GED required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, DataTrac, Online Express and DocMagic
Ability to lift 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
