Responsibilities include:
Implement product to a variety of customer environments - 80% hands-on tasks, very technically oriented ( Strong OS configurations skills, scripting, DB and disk configuration all mixed in with a bit of JAVA coding), 20% customer facing management, very high level of technical skills

Post-sale responsibilities - leading a project on site and remotely (including training users at various levels)

Analyzing and understanding a variety of target applications and implementing solutions in a thoughtful manner

Present analytical value reports showing how solution can monitor target applications and how this can help customers improve their users' experience

Internal interfaces - interacting with a variety of departments including R&D, QA and Product Management

Requirements:
Talented candidate with at least 7 years of holistic technical IT background (QA - complex environments, R&D, Sys Admin, DBA). Optional - programmers who are interested in a transition to a delivery/customer facing position

At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in complex environments (JAVA programming is an advantage)

Analyzing Java stack traces - must

Technical knowledge - Linux/Unix, Windows VMware, database knowledge, as well as basic programming and scripting skills. In addition, any background in networking is an asset

Relevant BA - advantageous

Troubleshooting, customer facing and presentation skills (including training experience)

Ability to work in a very intense environment both as part of a team and independently

Self learning abilities - ability to jump start technical projects and learn on the fly - must

Flexibility and improvisation

Excellent interpersonal skills

Exceptional English language skills - English as a first language

Willing to Travel up to 20%
