The successful candidate is expected to work in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team of Earth scientists and will focus on research activities related to controlled experimentation using the Landscape Evolution Observatory (LEO). Experiments include but are not limited to: characterization of hydrologic response of landscapes using tracers (stable water isotopes), determination of water transit time distribution, hillslope-scale water balance estimation, and the characterization of subsurface flow paths during extreme runoff events. Outstanding UA benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; UA/ASU/NAU tuition reduction for the employee and qualified family members; access to UA recreation and cultural activities; and more!

Duties and Responsibilities
