Chrysler Powertrain Systems Cost Engineer (SCE) responsible for the cost analysis of powertrain components. SCE responsibilities include detailed piece cost and tool estimating, review and processing of change notices, cost analysis support of Core Powertrain/Vehicle cost roll-ups, and special studies as required.
BS degree in Engineering is required.
Master's Degree in Engineering or Finance is a plus.
Ten years of automotive industry related experience, Powertrain preferred.

Demonstrated problem solving ability and project completion drive
Powertrain component familiarity
Powertrain manufacturing experience
Materials knowledge, metals, polymers
Manufacturing and secondary assembly process knowledge of Powertrain components
Tool design / build and/or cost experience
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
General understanding of NX and Team Center

Familiar with practical application of geometric dimension & tolerance (GD&T)
