Wellesley, MA - Financial Advisory Practice is seeking a fulltime Practice Coordinator. Key responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, owning the Online Client Experience, data entry, Payroll/HR coordination for payroll service and new hire onboarding, managing continuing education requirements for the practice, assisting with client recognition programs, ordering office supplies, filing, printing, scanning, mail distribution, faxing, special projects as necessary, and other clerical support as required.

Successful candidates will be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong client service ethic, the ability to prioritize and manage work, detail oriented, possess a high level of organizational skills, and have the desire to learn and grow.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or higher, 1+ years of similar work experience in a fast-paced environment, and a desire to deliver “over the top” customer service. A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible in daily activities is a must.
