Essential Functions - Oversight:

Manage Work flow, IT, Supply inventory, Operations, Financial/AP/Billing, HR/Benefits, Compliance, Strategic planning, Marketing, Insurance, Physician administrative support including confidential business affairs.

Qualifications include:

College degree (health administration a plus), 5 years' experience in healthcare management, excellent organizational, written and verbal skills, with a professional, enthusiastic and motivated attitude. The manager will set the tone and example by demonstrating Ritz Carlton customer service with a smile.
