The Principal Program Cost Schedule and Control Analyst will partner with the GPS Business Manager and the Deputy for Operations in managing internal and external deliverables.
The successful candidate must have a firm understanding of financial principles, EVMS and hands on experience with financial CDRLs, CPR formats and financial forecasting.
Financial CDRL preparation, presentation and delivery
Monthly accrual preparation
Development and system input of monthly, annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic plans
Prepare program review presentations for Raytheon Management and the Customer
Monitor costs and labor hours on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct charge numbers. Cost transfer processing as required
Measure performance on a monthly basis
Contribute improvements to finance processes and procedures
Candidates must have 6-8 years of related finance experience
Firm understanding of Earned Value Management fundamentals and working knowledge of MPM
Knowledge in establishing performance measurement baselines and updating baselines in a controlled manner
Understanding of contract structures including development and updates to the WBS and OBS, defining control accounts, planning packages and work packages with associated charge numbers
Ability to support updates for the estimate to complete (ETC) on a recurring basis and developing EACs consistent with company policy
Ability to work in process driven environment and communicate requirements across diverse program team including subcontractors and other Raytheon businesses
Must be able to work within a rapidly changing business environment and make critical decisions that are based upon sound financial principles
Office computer skills must include: Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

Fluent in Finance: program controls, accounting and financial forecasting
Business System tool mastery: MPM, Control 8, Excel, JAMIS and Impromptu

Bachelors in a financial discipline: Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent
