General Summary of Position:

As the Customer Reporting Supervisor you will be responsible for helping the Premier Account team maintain the high level of satisfaction that Granite is known for. You will be tasked with creating and/or setting up custom invoicing reports. You will also assist in the creation of savings, aging, and spend reports. You will manage a team of Customer Reporting Analysts; you will hold weekly meetings, write and administer quarterly reviews, and address personnel issues as they arise. You will also coach and train your team, as well as source for new candidates as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee set-up of customized invoice reports and EDI
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Oversee creation of savings, spend, and aging reports
  • Coordinate quarterly customer satisfaction survey calls
  • Create and distribute manual custom invoice reports
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to Granite’s Premier Accounts and sales teams
  • Collect and maintain data related to Granite’s product penetration for all Premier clients
  • Maintain and define team goals and metrics

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
