-Verifies exposure and premium accuracy of policy and audit.
-Prepares audit statements based on audited exposures, policy estimated exposures and rates to determine additional or return premium
-Disburses copies of the audit statement to appropriate parties and documents file
-Assists Premium Audit Manager in assigning and sending physical audit requests to vendors and sending out voluntary audit notices
-Assists Premium Audit Manager in monitoring and follow up on voluntary requests for completion of the audits.
-Investigates and resolves disputed audits in a timely manner
-Assists Accounting Department in resolution of audit problems
-Informs/consults with underwriting about significant changes in insured’s operations and/or exposure amounts.
-Assists in maintaining databases of open and completed audits for monitoring and reporting purposes.
-Electronically prints documents into the imaging system, page mark and label the documents appropriately adhering to the corporate protocols
-High school graduate, college preferred
-Prior premium audit or rating experience a plus
-Solid computer skills including Word, Excel: E-mail & Internet Based Technology
-Solid verbal and written communication, as well as, math skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
