Ke'aki Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst. The position will be located in a customer facility as the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Kekaha, HI.

The Pricing Analyst will work under general supervision, follows established procedures, develops and communicates the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy. Perform pricing and market analysis and coordinate pricing for products and/or services that optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and growth objectives. Provides input on final pricing proposals. Estimates labor and material costs based on request for proposal (RFP) data submitted by customers. Analyzes specifications, including sketches, blueprints, bills of material or sample layouts, and calculates costs for labor and material based on inputs from CTM or annex managers and historical data. Develop or enable access to ODC historical data for use by proposal team. Collects cost data from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors. Work with Purchasing and Subcontracts to develop cost estimates for subcontracted work and labor. Creates cost models for cost estimating elements. Prepares reports to access and/or track costs against approved budgets, in support of ETCs, EACs and LOC/LOF and presents data to management, program personnel, proposal coordinators, customer representatives, price auditors, subcontractors. Prepare and assist with proposal development for Wage determination proposals, and other recurring submissions. Support financial data call as required by the Project Control Manager.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Review proposal data to ensure compliance with current direct and indirect rates.
Develops TDWR (Technical Directive Work Request) estimates and proposals in response to Government RDPs with the assistance of Manu Kai senior management, Contract Task Managers, Annex Managers and Program Control Manager (PCM).
Develops solutions on cost related problems working with functional staff and IAW established policies and practices.
Works closely with staff to develop complaint cost/price strategies and proposals.
Review staffing plans and assists with business area corporate planning information.
Assists Contract Task Managers and Manu Kai Range Operations Planners in developing project schedules and tracking performance.
Assist and support proposal negotiations.
Interfaces with Government counterparts, Contracts and Finance teams, and Contract Task Managers in developing funding status for open and closed task orders.
Supports general CTO reconciliations to include contract close-out.
Reports cost of IDIQ CTO tasks to contracts, as requested.
Red Team Lead for cost proposals.
Assist in accessing, pulling, and reviewing financial records in support of Claims and REAs.
Monitors the application of Indirect Rates.
Perform other duties as required.

Must be able to push 1-10lbs.
Sitting, Customer Contract, Extended Work Day, Office Laboratory and Field Assignment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or in business related field.

Experience:
At least five years of experience in project estimation, finance analyst, cost accounting standards, project management or related field is required. Must have workable knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and experience with DCAA or other government auditors.
Possess developed analytical and writing skills.
Must possess the following PC skills: Word, Windows, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Access.
