The Corporate Pricing Department has an opening for a Pricing Analyst. This position is located in Pleasanton, California.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Compile, analyze and interpret data to generate pricing recommendations to the Marketing team.
•Utilize existing analytical tools to create customized category insights.
•Develop and present pricing proposals to the Marketing team that support category goals.
•Work with retail stores and support departments to resolve pricing related issues.
•Work closely with Category Director and Pricing Manager to develop and execute pricing tactics.
•Analyze and publish reports that monitor pricing results.
•Monitor and manage category profitability. Take pricing action to ensure category goals are met.
•Maintain pricing integrity through defining and managing the relationship between products (size, brand, etc).
•Local travel required.

•4 year college degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent business experience.
•Must have the following: strong mathematical aptitude, problem solving ability, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
•Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions from multiple sources of data.
•Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite. SQL query writing and Excel expertise a plus.
•1 year experience working in a business environment with Management and multiple Marketing peer groups pro-actively identifying opportunities to drive sales, profit and competitive position.
•1-2 years of experience working with an ERP system.
•Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet current and future deadlines.
•Excellent interpersonal, presentation and oral and written communication skills.
•Knowledge of promotional pricing processes preferred.
