Provide analytical support to the Domestic Theme Parks and Resorts Annual Pricing Team. Key responsibilities include development of annual pricing strategy, analytics, models, translation of complex analyses into actionable insight for presentation to key stakeholders and executive level presentations to support the Parks and Resorts Annual Pricing process and execution of Annual Park and Resort Pricing increases.
Minimum 5+ years work experience in business analysis and/or strategy development
Proven proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
Demonstrated knowledge of SPSS, MS Access and/or SAS
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking ability
Demonstrated strong leadership and partnering skills
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation, meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results and understanding the business impact
Ability to work in a team environment with a positive demeanor
Proven knowledge of P&R Hotels & Theme Parks
Proven knowledge of Revenue Management and Analytics
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to deliver projects on time
Experience in working with complex and large volumes of data, and database applications
Willingness to learn new software applications
Willingness to share creative and new ideas
Master’s degree or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field
