Principal, Healthcare Transformation Services

As a Healthcare Principal with Philips Healthcare Transformation Services, you will directly manage project work streams, analyze client operations, work with client management, create solutions, lead solution implementations, and other project deliverables. You will be responsible for leading delivery of consulting services to our provider clients including analysis of clinical and business processes, operational data analytics, public private partnerships, and managed equipment services. You will lead our subject matter resources and direct the activities of a collaborative cross-solution project team. You will also be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the project team as well as ensuring specific deliverables are met.
We are seeking a Principal who possesses a track record of successfully integrating into high performance, interdisciplinary teams in meeting project milestones and achieving measurable performance outcomes. We are seeking a professional with experience utilizing complex analytical tools and business acumen to identify and track trends in data (along with identifying associated improvement opportunities) for our healthcare provider clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with C level executives in challenging situations.
Your responsibilities include:
Utilize technical and Healthcare Provider industry knowledge to identify complex client issues, broaden client relationships, and develop a reputation as a thought leader
Lead the assessment of clinical strategy and/or operations of healthcare providers
Lead the implementation of clinical and operational data analytics solutions, business process improvements, partnership assessments, and managed equipment services within the healthcare landscape
Lead the day to day activities of projects including interaction with client personnel and Philips team members
Develop strategic working relationships and provide guidance to C-level client leaders
Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development
Partner with other Philips Consultants and Partners to implement process changes and oversee creation of deliverables
Play a lead role in educating and coaching internal resources in area(s) of subject matter expertise
Partner with management team in marketing and communication efforts including speaking engagements, publishing and improving Philips’ reach to target markets.

We are looking for
Master’s degree in business field, (i.e. management, finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
5+ years of experience in management consulting or healthcare provider operations.
8+ years staff management , including building teams, performance feedback, competency and career development, communication of objectives, team engagement, leadership.
Experience operating at the highest levels within client companies to bring significant strategic value to their overall direction.
Demonstrated ability to close client relationships and looked upon as a true extension of the client executive team.
Ability to influence and collaborate both within the client organization and Philips’ complex global organization.
Experience with a broad range of services to bring relationships with key constituents in the market.
Deep experience in assessing healthcare provider strategy and operations and leading the implementation technology and business process improvements.
Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry including care trends, clinical processes, and healthcare reform issues.
Demonstrated track record of team leadership, client relationship management, and business development.
Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
Must be willing to travel throughout North America as required to meet client needs.
