Primary Responsibilities: CTC is seeking a part time Aircraft Integrator with experience in mechanical/electrical component and system design/integration associated with commercial and or military aircraft. The individual will be responsible for arranging, facilitating and directing decisions of teams for the overall integration of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance modifications to aircrafts and its electronic systems. The successful candidate must have experience with Integration of Terrain Avoidance Systems, EO/IR sensors, radar, signal collection equipment, tactical data links and defensive systems. This candidate will be expected to establish a team approach to systematically integrate and concurrently apply all the necessary disciplines throughout the development and integration of the subsystems into the aircraft in an effective and efficient manner to satisfy customer needs.

The successful candidate will perform requirements elicitation, system integration, test and evaluation, and verification and validation. A high degree of interaction is expected with clients, client staff, and other government contractors. Past experience on projects with a high degree of client interaction is a must.

Basic Qualifications:
•Candidate must have a BS Degree or advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 10 + years of experience associated with Aircraft Integration Teams.
•Applied experience should demonstrate the ability to lead teams where improving quality, productivity, production, flexibility, and reducing product development time were paramount.
• The experience should include leading integration of systems/components into aircraft structures and cabins and obtaining FAA certifications for airworthiness.
•The successful candidate must demonstrate sound decision making ability and possess excellent organizational skills.
•The successful candidate shall also possess solid verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with sensor systems including terrain avoidance systems, electro-optics, infrared cameras, radar systems, precision go-location systems, communications, or tactical data links a plus.
•Experience with ATR42, F-5, T6, HH60, UH-1 and other commercial and military aircraft is also a plus.

Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level clearance.
