Introduction: Atlatl trade; Software is in the process of developing and marketing several Sales Resource Planning (SRP trade;) applications. “DART trade; ” includes two (2) modules: the Product Configuration Module and the Quote Management Module. “SPEAR trade; ” is a customer relationship management-like application. It utilizes what we call a “Customer Engagement Engine ” to help salespeople become more effective and successful.

Position Description: We are looking to hire an experienced Principal Consultant that has successfully managed the design, development and deployment of enterprise software solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals. Specific Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to) Functioning as proactive, primary contact for all communication between the client and internal Atlatl personnel. Project financials (responsible for all financial elements " tracking to ensure rigorous detail and financial transparency within each project and across all projects).

Create project schedules. Project status reporting. Client management. Proactively collaborating with each client to collect engineering files and all other data and information outlined in the Request for Information form.

Conducting photo surveys as required. Proactively collaborating with each client to develop Product Description and Configuration Rules Documents. Present (and ensure refinement where necessary) PD and CR for client review and approval. Collaborate with the client and the development team to generate Functional Specification Documents (FSD).

Drive the software design effort (wireframes and user stories). Collaborate with the client and the development team to generate a User Acceptance Test (UAT). Present the FSD and UAT documents for client review and approval. Schedule, attend, and facilitate presentations of the 3D modeling catalog (presented by Graphic Artist) to each client.

Schedule, attend, and facilitate conference room pilot (delivered by developers). Assist trainer in the development of training and documentation as required. Schedule client training (quottrain the trainerquot). Schedule user acceptance testing.

Act as liaison for issues between GO LIVE (beneficial use) milestone and system acceptance milestone. Transition the account to the Client Support. Essential Qualities: Have the ability to understand our clients ’ businesses, goals, corporate cultures and philosophies, and then are able to proactively build, refine, and execute plans that meet each client ’s expectations. Follow, believe in and seek to constantly refine and improve the Atlatl approach to project implementation.

Are capable of managing project scope, identifying issues as early in the process as possible, and acting quickly to resolve issues to everyone ’s satisfaction. Take responsibility for documenting all aspects of software change requests. Ensure clarity of communications between Atlatl and client around the multiple implications of those change requests (including but not limited to timeline shifts and increased costs for client). Obtain explicit financial approval from client for changes.

Are natural leaders who have the ability to work with the Atlatl (and client), departments to acquire the resources necessary to achieve project objectives on schedule. Ensure timely invoicing (in accordance with the project ’s milestones and take responsibility for managing the payment of receivables). Offer clients guidance for client-owned tasks. Proactively leverage their general business knowledge to assist clients when appropriate.

Other Qualifications: Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Project Management Certificate from an accredited body preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in software solutions and life cycle. Ability to use common office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook Proficiency in change and risk management methodologies Ability to adapt to changing situations. Outstanding problem solving skills Excellent negotiation skills Ability to conduct formal and informal presentations in both small and large group settings Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
