Leads analysis of requirements to ensure intended
functionality, operation and performance requirements
May provide daily supervision and direction of staff.
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS
Criterion A: Within the last fifteen (15) years, a
minimum of twelve (12) years of experience developing
and implementing solutions for encryption technologies
for commercial and/or government customers.
Criterion B: Within the last seven (7) years, a minimum
of five (5) years of experience developing software in
Linux and Windows environments.
Criterion C: Within the last ten (10) years, a minimum
of five (5) years of experience performing systems
engineering on commercial and/or government software
development projects, to include requirements
derivation, formal reviews, developmental and
operational testing, and milestone reviews.
Criterion D: Demonstrated experience developing secure
desktop and/or mobile solutions using Citrix XenClient
Criterion E: Demonstrated experience in a Windows 7
Criterion F: Demonstrated experience developing WiFi
(IEEE 802.11) solutions for commercial and/or government
Criterion G: Demonstrated experience with virtualized
machines and/or Trusted Platform Modules (TPM).
Criterion H: Demonstrated experience with secure
solutions with data-at-rest.
