PRINCIPAL FORENSIC ANALYST (DIGITAL IDENTITY)
Primary Responsibilities: Conducts product and process review to ensure adherence to the SOP and applicable IC and USG regulations. Ensures assignments and requests for support are completed in a timely fashion and reflect sound and accurate results with proper classification. Participates in office and center priority meetings and prepares production briefings. Mentors junior contractor staff on the creation of intelligence products, identify exploitation and overall intelligence community issues. Provides feedback to the I2 Government lead. Develops/ maintains relationships with IC/LE/biometrics community partners. Maintains awareness of IC/LE/Biometric efforts related to identity intelligence. Maintains thorough understanding of all tools/systems used for identity exploitation of biometric and non-biometric identity attributes. Performs link analysis for identify attributes across NMEC holdings. Ensures all exploitation work is tracked in accordance with the I2 Government lead guidelines. Ensures the I2 Government lead is aware of exploitation findings. Maintains awareness of DOMEX policies to include security classification guidelines. Maintains understanding of current Intelligence/Biometric databases.
•BS or BA degree in any field and 8+ years of Intelligence Analysis in All-Source or Biometrics/Identity Intelligence within the IC. Two years of IC experience can be substituted by a Master’s in an area related to Biometrics, Intelligence or Computer Science. Up to two years of the IC experience can be substituted with law enforcement support in the field of Biometrics or Intelligence reporting.
•Experience producing and reviewing complex written products, including the ability to establish and run a product workflow, while ensuring staff meets all production deadlines.
•Proven briefing and presentation skills.
Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. U.S. Government TS/SCI-level clearance is required for this position. Applicant may be required to undergo a polygraph.
