Responsible for leading the development and maintenance of various aspects of the global online, interactive marketing communication strategies. Also responsible for managing strategic planning, promotion, advertising, online presence, and the incorporation of market research into materials to increase market awareness and product placement.
Essential Job Functions:
Lead the planning and development of various marketing communications programs designed to enable the commercial operations team
Liaison with all other department heads and communicate the marketing effort internally to C-level executives
Responsible for assessment of existing and potential markets with particular emphasis on the development of new media markets domestically and internationally
Manage the development of company marketing programs designed specifically for the B2B placement
Manage strategy for global external communication activities, i.e. electronic newsletters, microsites
Direct corporate website content strategy (and other online/web services initiatives as they develop).
Manage content creation/distribution/posting/uploading across Williams Interactive online properties, including williamsinteractive.com
Manage strategy of product demonstration presentations for Williams Interactive products and services
Manage development of online Thought Leadership campaigns (i.e. Webinar Learning Series)
Assist in developing and enhancing brand licensor relationships specifically content approval processes
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Williams Interactive products and services
Manage project budgets
Contribute to team success by identifying problems and proactively seeking out methods to improve self performance and/or the efficiency of all operations or tasks
Responsible for mentorship, evaluations, conflict resolution and recognition of direct reports to maintain highly motivated and engaged employees.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications
7 years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
Experience in marketing function in online, interactive environment preferred
Experience in poker/casino, social , casual or other gaming industry related marketing department preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to strategically analyze marketing opportunities and craft campaigns or content plans around viable options
Must be strong project planner with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with deadline orientation and sensitivity
Exemplary attention to detail with proven organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated budget planning and expense tracking skills
Strong knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Share Point
Some knowledge of sales/marketing aspects of the gaming industry and familiarity with WMS products preferred
