Our Product team is looking for a talented product marketing professional with a passion and track record developing customer insights and then turning that into great customer experiences. We are looking for an expert senior individual contributor to work with our product team to help develop revolutionary new customer experiences. The Principal Product Marketer will report to the Vice President of Product and will lead cross-functional teams from insight to conception to successful market launch.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering business results and metrics Develop deep insights into customer’s problems, wishes, and desires Identify new features that are responsive to new and existing customer issues Drive the ideation and prototyping of new features that are surprisingly simple and remarkably actionable Partner with internal designers to develop story boards, wire frames, and user flows Define a vision and road map for the next generation of the customer experience Lead cross functional teams from concept to launch Develop marketing plans to support launch
Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience in product marketing Experience gathering primary and secondary research into customer behaviors, wants and needs Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop and prototype new ideas, test their impact, and course-correct as needed Prior experience in working with product management and engineering teams bringing new products to market Knowledge of financial services in general not required Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Masters or other advanced degrees would be a plus
