Using specialized document composition software, Exstream by HP, this associate will replicate the Insurance Policy contract package for new and existing Genworth policy holders. Working with cross function teams, the role has responsibility for developing creative and efficient solutions to deliver correct, compliant and consumer friendly policy print documents.


•Works from technical and functional specifications to develop policy contract packages for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, compliance projects, automated business solutions, system conversions and software & server upgrades.
•Work with project teams to prepare and manage timelines and deliverables during the course of the project
•Responsible for the design and creation of detailed specifications for the IT development of the policy print extract layout, oracle database schema, database load job and script processing to use for Document Issue applications
•Perform thorough unit testing and troubleshooting of potential issues in output
•May serve as technical lead; provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
•Working knowledge of PDF and Postscript print streams with multiple different output queues and packaging requirements
•Working knowledge of barcode requirements and development for high volume output
•Partners with the business in a production support role for issues pertaining to contract delivery packages

Basic Qualifications

•Strong initiative and personal accountability
•College degree or equivalent work experience
•Strong analytical and conditional logic skills
•Detail oriented with strong research and problem solving skills
•Technical and comprehensive knowledge of document processing software used for/with document issue
•High level of experience and efficiency with HP Exstream (minimum of 2 Years of Experience)
•Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work & communicate with other departments to achieve final print goals, including cross-site teams and processes
•Strong written and oral communication skills
