We are currently seeking an outstanding individual to join us in the pivotal position of Managed Print Services Technician in Des Moines, Iowa.

+ Hewlett Packard Laser Printer (single and multi-function) repair
+ Supply inventory management
+ IT savvy -- Web Jet Admin and other software monitoring management
+ A+ and Network+ certifications a plus
+ Printer and Network certifications are preferred
+ Strong customer service skills
+ High level of follow through and attention to detail
+ Ability to thrive in fast paced, high pressured situations

Role and expectations:
1. Supplies:
a. Proactive monitoring and replenishment
b. Reactive replenishment (customer ticketing system)
c. Supplies inventory management, i.e. ordering, shipping, receiving, etc.
d. Manage and facilitate all remote locations

2. Service and maintenance:
a. Proactive monitoring, response, and resolution
b. Reactive response and resolution (customer ticketing system)
c. Manage and facilitate all remote locations
d. Manage, perform, and facilitate all preventative maintenance cleanings

3. Equipment:
a. Manage and support all equipment move/add/change/delete
b. Manage, support, and update monitoring software’s with accurate data
c. Physical inventories when applicable

4. Assessment and optimization:
a. Physical inventories and data gathering
b. Consistent recommendations for the betterment of the environment

5. Metrics:
a. Manage and provide monthly metrics and ad-hoc requests, pertaining to service levels

6. Misc.:
a. Respond to ad-hoc end-user concerns
b. Management of Executive team and other high-demand teams with a high priority and sense of urgency
c. Work closely with customer Desktop team for all printer network issues
d. Loading and unloading of supplies (warehouse type work)
e. Travel to satellite locations if needed to address support concerns
f. Create, enhance, and manage all processes for maximum efficiencies
