EVault Priority Account Representative Responsibilities include:

Operate as the primary business contact for EVault.

Run proactive account reviews to identify potential areas of risk and consult clients in optimizing or adding EVault solutions to meet their corporate objectives specific to data retention and recovery.

Build a funnel, qualify and close opportunities to grow the existing customer base with EVault’s suite of newly offered product solutions.

Renegotiate and renew service or maintenance agreements (and contend in highly competitive situations).

Educate customers in how to fully integrate and utilize product solutions within fluctuating environments.

Resolve open issues and implement value-added solutions. Facilitate de-escalations as needed by engaging cross-functional support from key internal departments.

Ensure Priority Accounts are managed for success.

Ensure Priority Accounts continue to be excellent references for EVault.

EVault Priority Account Representative has the following qualities:

BA/BS degree and 1-3 years in sales/technical account management

Effective and confident communicator; who is able to respond quickly and independently to rapidly changing environments

Creative problem solver with excellent analytical abilities

Intelligent and quick to learn. Good, high-level understanding of technology

Highly organized, able to multitask, PC proficiency

Excellent follow through with professional writing skills for e-mail correspondence

Patient, Helpful, and Eager to assist others

Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams
