Works closely with members of the wealth team to provide superior service to clients including independent problem identification, resolution, and direct communication. Gathers information to process client requests and assists with preparation of client retention and proposal pieces as needed. Primary responsibility is to provide administrative support for the Private Banking RMs.

Duties include setting up new accounts on the banking system including deposit and loans; timely monitoring of daily deposits and posting incoming wires to client accounts; processing requests for distributions, line draws, and loan payments. Assists with loan requests including compiling information for loan packages, requesting document preparation, sending closed loans for processing, etc. Prepares correspondence, documents and reports; researching and assists in resolving client inquiries and problem. Completes other projects and administrative functions as required on a timely basis (coordinating meetings, answering phones, filing, processing mail, etc.). Maintains client files to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills. Successful candidate will have the ability, desire and willingness to learn the wealth management business including private banking, retirement plan services, and personal trust services.

A high school diploma with at least 2 years of banking experience is required functioning in a high level administrative role that includes daily client contact. FIS experience strongly preferred. Must be well organized and thrive in a fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines. Work consists of complex, varied, standardized, and non-standardized tasks requiring application of laws, rules, regulations, and procedures.

Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately, possess excellent interpersonal skills, display initiative and exhibit the ability to work independently. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills required. Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are necessary.

This position requires tact, a high degree of business professionalism, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize without sacrificing quality.
