Minimum

Qualifications:
Education and Experience - Experience shall
include working knowledge of general telecommunications concepts and
practices and a minimum six (6) years experience in voice support
role, with demonstrated advancement of technical skills and
responsibilities. PBX and voice mail administration required and
manufacturer certifications desirable. Hands on experience shall
include, at a minimum, toning/testing of cabling and using punch down
tool for cross connects, problem solving, and troubleshooting wiring
issues.

Clearance
Requirement- A Candidate must possess, at a minimum, a
currently active Department of Defense Security Clearance.

Responsibilities:
Private Branch Exchange Administrator - The
Private Branch ExchangeAdministrator shall provide daily support for
the USAR customer, perform service requests, and work
request/incidents received via the GTS. Other responsibilities shall
include, but not limited to, managing requests/incidents,
troubleshooting, and engaging resources from other teams or vendors,
as appropriate. The Private Branch ExchangeAdministrator shall
act upon requests/incidents received in the GTS and deliver services
within SLAs. The Contractor shall be the primary administrator of
multiple PBX and voice mail systems, and associated systems and
follow established processes, such as Change Management. The
Private Branch ExchangeAdministrator shall perform cross connects and
basic troubleshooting of wiring; maintain technical documentation;
participate in occasional projects, such as system updates or new
technology implementations; provide on call duties in support of 24x7
emergency coverage of major issues for customer; responsible for
administration of telephone and telephone line installs, moves, adds
and relocations; and proper functioning of the switch/server handling
of various alarms, errors and events to ensure the uptime of the
telecommunications equipment is high priority. Personnel development;
