The Successful applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Approximately three years of progressively responsible related work experience necessary, with at least one year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills and Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with staff, patients and their families that demonstrate recognition of cultural diversity. Strong computer skills, utilizing Excel, Word and Power Point as well as experience with CPT & ICD 9 coding. Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. This position will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the practice, ensuring smooth patient flow, optimal patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Office Manager will support professional patient interaction via phone and in person, maintain efficient scheduling, timely and accurate charge capture, front end error correction, and ensure that other office functions are carried out correctly and efficiently. They will address operational and financial concerns, communicate news and information to staff and maintain a professional setting. They will participate in other practice related job responsibilities as needed.
