SBM Atlantia, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for: Assisting the lead engineer with process work on projects and studies; performing integrated process simulations of offshore oil separation and gas compression facilities using HYSYS process simulations; creating process flow diagrams and piping instrument diagrams for all systems such as crude oil separation (including 2 and 3-phase separators and electrostatic treators), heat exchangers (shell and tube, plate and frame, PCHE pumps), produced water treatment system (including Hydrocyclones and Induced Gas Flotation Units), gas compression systems (reciprocating & multi-state centrifugal, motor & turbine driven), gas treatment systems (TEG and Amine), power generation systems, seawater deaeration and treatment systems, chemical injection systems, and flare systems; performing PSV and flare sizing calculations, including radiation calculation and system blow-down calculations. Supervises, leads, mentors, and trains junior engineers.
REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates will possess a Master's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of processing offshore production facility experience. In lieu, would accept a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of processing offshore production facility experience.
