About the Opportunity:
TRC Staffing Services is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to manage the engineering processes and resources at a high volume contract manufacturing environment in Melbourne, Florida. Manager must ensure that the customers' product costs, quality and availability goals are achieved. EMS industry experience is required.

Active participation on the management team.
Support the new business development process by participating in Customer visits and by providing timely feedback to the quoting process (process layouts, equipment requirements, labor standards, and Manufacturing plans).
Provide departmental performance metrics as appropriate.
Generate departmental budgets and manage within agreed allocations.
Ensure that the Process Engineering Department participates in internal ISO audits.
Appropriately staff the Process Engineering team to meet customer requirements and company’s business needs.
Provide support to the Operations group with capacity planning, process development, cycle time reductions and yield improvements.
Provide support to Program Management to ensure Customer Satisfaction goals are met.
Support the Continuous Improvement process by ensuring participation in Quality Teams, reviewing and implementing ECOs, driving New Product Introductions (including DFM analysis) and following through on Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
Develop, review, and modify departmental procedures, as needed.
Work closely with HR to develop cost effective training programs.
Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.
Bachelors of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Masters degree a plus.
Minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role.
Must be PC literate with Microsoft applications experience.
