This position will work closely with HORNE LLP leadership to align process improvement activities with strategic plans. It will also involve integrating those process improvement activities into the Firm, documenting standard operating procedures, and leading teams to achieving measurable objectives in cost savings, increased efficiencies, and eliminating process waste.
This position is responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing improvement initiatives, assessing process efficiency and the performance of business lines, recommending process improvement projects to leadership, and leading multiple teams to operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience.
Strong understanding of business analysis practices and methodologies
Comprehensive understanding of operations and leading departments across the revenue cycle continuum: marketing, sales, proposal, engagement
Exceptional organizational skills
Track record of establishing processes, standards, and effective management tools to help guide management efforts and achieve desired outcomes
Self-directed and motivated with strong analytical skills, systematic planning abilities, and high attention to details
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to bring about consensus from varied groups with varying interest levels
Ability to work effectively with all levels (operational, tactical, and strategic)
Ability to establish and manage complex and effective relationships as well as motivate others
Proficient with MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma)
PMP and / or Business Analysis Certification
