The PSP Process Leader will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, be able to develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to affect short-term and long-term business goals. You will develop common operations method across PSP Product Lines.

Essential Responsibilities
In addition, you will:
  • Continue the development of integrated schedule platform
  • Build schedule templates for frequently executed projects and opportunities pipeline
  • Ensure timely data capture and accuracy
  • Expand to all segments and simplify control point summary process
  • Analyze schedule data and identify process improvement focus areas
  • Influence functional teams to own escalation as result of control point summary
  • Develop an integrated schedule process, adoptable to regionalization initiative

    Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering or production management position)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering or production management role

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
