        Process Technician has a desire to achieve the best quality, process, and reliability we encourage you to apply to this position. You will be working with top talent at Johnson Controls which is a fortune 100 company. You have an opportunity to work in an elite plastic injection molding plant that produces interior automotive parts. The plant operates on three shifts. Overtime is required as needed. Essential Functions Process Technician should have experience in RJG decoupled molding techniques. Quick mold change and color change. Follows established action plans for processes out of range. Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment. Preferred robotics experience (Sepro, Star, & Whitman). Process Technician with at least (2) two years with injection molding. Practical skills in injection mold. Experience with Automotive parts and large tonnage injection machine experience. Highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within a fast-paced manufacturing environment *Detail oriented and capable of working independently as well as within a team *Strong communication both written and oral in English Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively in a team. High School Diploma required with injection molding certifications or coursework preferred.
