-Review closed government loans for purchase on the Secondary market.
-Analyze tax information to ensure that escrow accounts are properly established.
-Determine amounts of funds to be wired to the warehouse bank.
-provide timely updates to lenders for loans not yet purchased. -Maintain loan data
and perform high cost loan test.
-Assist other departments in the Wholesale Division as needed.
