Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a talented, energetic and hardworking Procurement Coordinator to join the Real Estate – Procurement Department. Reporting to the Construction Procurement Manager, incumbent will be responsible for the store ordering process, which includes preparation of project budgets, releasing materials to stores, ensuring timely deliveries of materials by communicating with suppliers, Project Managers and General Contractors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop monthly inventory reports and reconcile to Purchase Order Access Data Base.
Review of construction schedule and ensuring timely delivery of materials to job sites.
Gather and analyze vendor quotes to formulate budgets for Project Managers.
Build and submit Owner Furnished Items (OFI) budgets to Project Managers in a timely fashion.
Create P.O.'s releasing OFI materials to arrive at job sites.
Track shipments when required.
Responsible for determining if back charges are appropriate and ensure proper credits are received.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with one to two years related experience.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
May be required to lift products between 10 to 25 pounds.
