Persons in this position perform a variety of tasks related to creating a working environment that supports staff, promotes efficient operations, and ensures profitability of the departments.
The ideal candidate will have a love for the DEAN & DELUCA brand and be a foodie with a passion for produce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that departments have adequate staff
Prepare staff work schedules
Orders the freshest and highest quality produce and maintains inventory and selection to minimize shrink and maximize profitability
Merchandise product effectively to coincide with seasonal changes
